ALS Treatment Results
As of 4/14/25 we have treated 15 patients with exosomes in Antigua for ALS, with follow-up ranging from one to 5 months. 14 of the 15 have had some degree of actual improvement in symptoms including improved strength, breathing and swallowing. Repeat treatment at an interval of two months has shown further improvement. Actual documented, consistent improvement such as this has never previously been seen with any ALS treatment. Until now, the best that has been seen with any treatment has only been a slight reduction in the rate of decline of the patient.
Treatment Protocol
The exosome treatment takes only 15 minutes. It is painless, there are no side effects or adverse events, nor any recovery period. Two treatments are performed; one each on consecutive days as part of a clinical trial funded internally by our institute, the Prodromos Stem Cell Institute, and carried out by our 501c3 nonprofit research foundation, the Foundation for Regenerative Medicine (The FOREM).
Testimonials
Below are testimonials by some of our treated ALS patients, with names partially redacted for privacy. The first patient came to us from the UK, the others from various American locations.
I’ve been living with ALS for several years. In November ‘24, I started treatment with a small exosome dose that helped for about three weeks. However, with larger doses in January and March, I’ve improved each time and maintained those gains. Most excitingly, I’m now stronger in my hands than I was before starting treatment. This isn’t just about halting the disease—it feels like I’ve actually regained strength! I can clearly measure this progress during my workouts, where I’m lifting more and performing better than ever before. It’s an incredible feeling to see such positive changes!

Testament to the impact of exosome treatment on symptoms of ALS
Summary: Treatments strengthened core and slowed progression of illness.
Since being diagnosed with ALS in April 2024, symptoms of the illness progressed rapidly until my first Exosome treatment in November 2024. The following are three examples of the benefits I have experienced since receiving Exosome treatments:
- I was having difficulty remaining upright at the dinner table for more than minutes at a time. Immediately after the first treatment, my core strengthened. A month later, I was able to comfortably sit for more than three hours during a dinner with friends.
- Before my second and third treatment, my fine motor skills became impacted, preventing me from buttoning my shirt. Immediately after the second treatment, I could button and unbutton my shirt. I had an impromptu buttoning party to celebrate.
- Before treatment, circulation in my legs was so poor that my feet were always an alarming shade of purple. After treatment, my feet appear pink and healthy.
It has been my experience that exosome treatment has strengthened my core and slowed the progression of my illness. The treatments have improved the quality of my life. My wife and I are so very grateful to be involved in Dr. Prodromos’ Exosome research.

I’m a 68-year-old male, who was diagnosed with ALS early in 2024. I have gone through 3 treatments of stem cell exosomes with Dr. Chadwick Prodromos, one treatment in January 2025 and a treatment that included back-to-back treatments in March 2025, and both treatments I recognized significant strengthening of various muscles including neck, leg and chest muscles. I had been advised by multiple neurologists to be skeptical amongst all things not available through the traditional medical community. My thought changed upon meeting Dr. Prodromos and realizing that he was chosen by my Primary Care Doctor to treat my Doctor’s wife who also had ALS. It is a shame that we are required to leave the country to get this kind of treatment but after having done it twice, I’m committed to getting additional treatments as long as I continue to show benefits to myself and to others that have been through Dr. Prodromos stem cell clinic.

Hi Dr. Podromos,
I wanted to share some encouraging news regarding my ALS symptoms. As we’ve discussed briefly, I’ve recently noticed subtle but meaningful improvements that I believe are worth documenting and sharing.
For the past couple of years, my symptoms have been stable, with no noticeable changes—positive or negative. Nothing I’ve tried until now has made any impact. That changed a few weeks after receiving the exosome treatment in Antigua this past January.
Since then, I’ve observed the following improvements:
- Clearer speech
- Better swallowing ability and reduced choking
- Slightly stronger and more agile fingers
- Increased leg strength; standing feels slightly easier
- Improved arm mobility
- Stronger core and greater ease when sitting up
- Lifting my head from a lying position feels easier
These improvements, while modest, seem to touch nearly every part of my body. I’m hopeful that with continued treatment, the benefits will progress further.
Although my ALS-FRS score hasn’t yet improved, and my overall independence remains unchanged, I feel confident that these physical improvements are a meaningful early sign of healing—and that over time and with more treatment, this may be reflected in my functional scores as well.
Thank you for making this treatment opportunity available to me. I’m deeply grateful.

Parkinson’s disease and lewy body dementia
We have also had consistent success treating these disorders with exosomes.
LBD: As with ALS, there has never been any treatment that has improved the course of LBD, until now. We have seen improvement in both cognitive and motor problems
PARKINSON’S: Similarly, we have seen substantial improvement with Parkinson’s disease in 80% of treated patients, with continued improvement with subsequent treatments. Follow up is now out to 11 months with continued maintenance of improvement.
